15 Broad Street is a distinctive 10-story, 75,000 square foot office building located in the heart of downtown Boston. Built in 1910, the ‘jewel box’ building was designed by one of Boston’s great architects, Clarence Blackall, who was also responsible for designing the Wilbur, Modern, and Colonial Theaters (among others) as well as the Copley Plaza Hotel and famed Little Building now owned by Emerson College.
Broder purchased 15 Broad Street 2007 from the Ceres Fund and resold it in 2016 to Brookfield Properties. During its decade of ownership, Broder transacted approximately 40 leases in the building, renovated the majority of office and retail spaces, and made significant improvements to base building systems.
